About
We are raising funds for Baljinder Singh Gill who was tragically killed in an accident on his way back from the protests in Delhi, he was only 32. He leaves behind two young children aged 3 and 6, his wife, and mother. He was a farmer from the village Jhamat. Baljinder was the only source of income for his family.
A GoFundMe was created on behalf of his family. and all proceeds from this event will be donated from our event here.
Battle Royale
Date: Friday, December 11th, 2020.
Time: 9:30 PM
Game Type: Battle Royale Trios
Cost: $20 CAD / Team
Teams of 3, will compete in a standard Call of Duty Warzone Battle Royale private lobby. The winning team of each round will win a cash prize.
There will be 10-minute intermissions between rounds, and all teams will be alerted within the discord to join the lobby.
Squad numbers will be pre-assigned and communicated to the team leaders upon successful registration. Registration closes Friday, December 11th at 8 PM.
Round prizes will be determined by the total number of teams entered and the total size of the pot. 50% of all raised funds from entrants and sponsors will go towards the gofund.me. The remaining 50% will be split and split 3 ways as the total cash prize for the winning team.
Prizes will be delivered via paypal or eTransfer.
Rules
- All ground loot and classes are playable.
- Juggernauts are banned from play. No team should attempt to unlock or play with a juggernaut if one becomes available during the match. Any team using a juggernaut will be automatically disqualified from being able to win that match.
- Streamers are asked to stream with a minimum 1-minute stream delay.
- Streamers participating as broadcasters must drop solo and not open their parachutes, dying on impact and forfeit their gulag.
- Teams will get a 2-minute warning before the game is started. All members must join lobby within that window. Teams must communicate any extension required.
- If any member of a team gets disconnected at any point in the game starting from the pre-lobby, teams will have to continue to play on without them.
- Players who get disconnected will have to sit out until the next game.
- Any disputes regarding hacking, require a native VOD (using consoles system share, an uploaded video to youtube, or clip from any broadcasters stream.) Cell-phone recordings will not be accepted for disputes.
- Any false starts or restarts will be communicated via Discord.
Keep in mind that this is for charity. Be civil and always play with the spirit of the competition in mind. The goal is to do some good while having some fun.
